Our practice also accepts Illinois workers' compensation. Medicare and state insurance plans do cover chiropractic care, with some limitations.
Consultations
During your first consultation at Kaesberg Chiropractic Clinic PC, you will discuss your concerns and any current health-related issues. You will also learn about potential treatment options we offer.
In order to identify your problem, we will ask you a number of questions related to your condition. A variety of targeted tests will be performed to determine which parts of your body are affected and to what extent.
Diagnostic Tests
Your condition may require us to recommend X-rays or more advanced tests such as an MRI, CT, NCV or EMG. These tests may rule out more serious conditions or assist us in determining the most effective treatment plan for you. However, most conditions can be diagnosed with spinal examination and clinical experience.
Same-Day Treatments Available
Patients generally undergo their first treatment during their first visit after the examination is completed. This may include spinal adjustments and physical therapy.
Treatment options for your condition will also be discussed at this time. Regular treatment is essential to the process, and we will do our best to fit your schedule. Patients are generally seen within 1-2 days of their initial visit. Our experience proves that getting care quickly provides the best outcome.
Home Care Instructions
Following your appointment, you will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat applications, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises.
