Spinal Rehabilitation Kaesberg Chiropractic has added supervised spinal rehabilitation to increase strength and flexibility, and reduce the chance of re-injury. Our Rapid Recovery Spinal Rehabilitation program is beneficial to anyone that is recovering from and neck and/or back injury, or is interested in preventing a neck and/or back injury. Our program utilizes a Back Extension machine, a Neck Extension machine, CORE stregthening, an Extremity Machine, ball exercises, yoga based stretching with breathing exercises, and home exercise instruction. We are interested in helping our patients enjoy a complete recovery from their injuries.
